T-Mobile is expanding it's HSPA+ (Hgh Speed Packet Access) network build-out to more cities in the Northeastern U.S. including New York, Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse are now covered. In Connecticut, Hartford, New Haven, Milford, and Stamford already have HSPA+, as does Providence, Rhode Island. HSPA+ potentially gives faster data speeds to users with 3G-capable phones.
