Jody Gerard, MD, has been named vice president and chairperson of the emergency department of St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport. Most recently Gerard was vice president for medical affairs at TeamHealth Midsouth in Virginia. Previously he was the emergency department medical director at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Va.
