Meriden resident Kim Richard, RN, BSN has been named director of customer service and guest relations for the Saint Raphael Healthcare System, responsible for developing and implementing patient-satisfaction and customer-service strategies. Richard started her career with the hospital 19 years ago as a nurse. She most recently served as patient-care manager.
